Position: Business Migration Manager
Location: Praha

Job description: 
For our client - international banking company with office in Prague we are looking for suitable candidates on position Business Migration Manager.

Main responsibilities
• Full responsibility for the business transformation/migration coordination related to the new Core Banking System implementation
• Responsibility for business transformation impacts within following areas from management perspective
o Organizational & processes
o Clients
o Legal
o Others
• Preparation and coordination of all activities needed to ensure successful business transformation
• Change stake holder management
• Responsibility for impact analysis and future implementation coordination
• Related project team members and business lines coordination
• Responsible for Identifying all dependencies related to the business migration
• Close cooperation with Data Migration Team and Scope management Team

Requirements
• Management capabilities (coordination 50+ people)
• Excellent knowledge of bank processes and organization
• Knowledge/experience of financial services/banks
• Previous experience in large projects with similar scope
• Experience in Core Banking Systems implementation
• Proactive and self-starter
• Leading capabilities
• Strong communication skills
• 7+ years experience from senior positions in service-oriented organizations
