Position: CRM Business Analyst
Location: Praha

Job description: 
For our client - international banking company with office in Prague we are looking for suitable candidates on position CRM Business Analyst.

Main responsibilities
• Responsibility for analysis of business requirements related to the new operational CRM system implementation
• Analysis of cross-application topics related to integration, interfaces and data dependency
• Continuous alignment with overall CRM business approach as defined by CRM Business Garant
• Communication with CRM project team members and business line participants
• Preparation of analytical documents and presentations related to major integration/business CRM topics

Requirements
• University education (combination of business/finance and IT preferred)
• Excellent command of English and Czech language
• Strong analytical thinking
• Knowledge of bank processes and organization, with focus on CRM
• Knowledge/experience of financial services/banks
• Previous experience in large implementation projects
• Proactive goal-oriented approach
• Strong communication skills, team player
• 3+ years experience from analyst positions in service-oriented / finance organizations
• Experience in CRM implementation is advantage
